The Strut Mount (part number S0487R) is a replacement bush kit engineered for Landcruiser 200 Series. Manufactured by Roadsafe, one of Australia's longest-standing 4WD steering and suspension specialists, it is a direct-fit part for the listed vehicles.
Contained within the Roadsafe Rubber Bushing program (including the Panhard Rod, Trailing Arm & Radius Arm bushings listed previously) is an extensive range of vehicle specific rubber Strut Mounts to suit a wide variety of applications.
The Roadsafe Rubber Strut Mounts are manufactured from natural rubber and offer increased NVH performance and improved wear characteristics. In addition to the ability to absorb minor vibrations and noise from neighbouring suspension parts, natural rubber bushings are generally noise-free in their own operation - when in good condition!
All Roadsafe Rubber Bushings are manufactured to OE dimensions and specifications, so just press or bolt into factory or aftermarket components.

Manufactured from Natural Rubber, the Roadsafe rubber bushings offer longer wear characteristics, in addition to the ability to absorb minor vibrations and noise from neighbouring suspension parts. Suspension and steering bushes locate the arms and rods of your 4WD while isolating vibration. They are a wear item: age, heat, articulation and Australian UV exposure harden and crack rubber over time. Worn bushes show up as clunks, vague steering, wandering under brakes and uneven tyre wear — symptoms often mistaken for more expensive component failure.
Replacing bushes restores factory-precise location of the suspension components. Rubber bushes retain the factory ride isolation; urethane versions trade a little more feedback for longer service life and sharper location under load.
