The Airbag Man Helper Kit for the RAM 2500 5th Gen 2019-On stops rear-end sag under load, fitting heavy-duty air helper springs inside the rear coil springs. Adjustable air pressure lets you restore factory ride height and correct suspension geometry on demand when towing or carrying weight, then drop back for unloaded comfort. Choose from 2 options in the dropdown: Rear - Standard Height, High Pressure (CR5166HP); Front - Standard Height, High Pressure (CR5165HP). Backed by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the air springs, in stock in Australia with expert fitment support.
Airbag Man helper kits use coil-insert air springs that sit inside the existing coils – add air when the load goes on to bring the vehicle back level, then let it out and the standard springs carry on exactly as before. Because each side inflates independently, you can also correct for an off-centre load like a slide-on or water tank.
They shine when the load keeps changing – a van on the towball some weekends, a loaded tray on others. Worth being clear about what they don't do: helper airbags don't increase your GVM or payload; they manage ride height and stability within the vehicle's existing ratings. If the vehicle is always loaded, upgraded springs (with airbags for the variation on top) is the better setup.

The air springs fit inside the existing rear coil springs - a bolt-in job with no spring removal on most vehicles. Air lines route to inflation valves (commonly mounted at the rear bar) so each side adjusts independently. Run minimum pressure unloaded and increase pressure to level the vehicle when towing or loaded. An optional onboard air control kit lets you adjust pressures from the cabin.

This is a helper kit, not a lift kit - it does not raise your vehicle at ride height. Its job is to stop the rear sagging under load: inflating the air springs restores factory ride height when towing or carrying weight, then you drop pressure back for unloaded driving.
