The Airbag Man Helper Kit for the Toyota Hilux N70 2005-2015 stops rear-end sag under load, mounting heavy-duty rubber airbags between the rear leaf springs and chassis. Adjustable air pressure lets you restore factory ride height and correct suspension geometry on demand when towing or carrying weight, then drop back for unloaded comfort. Choose from 2 options in the dropdown: Standard Height (RR4622); Raised Suspension (RR4733). Backed by a lifetime manufacturer's warranty on the air springs, in stock in Australia with expert fitment support.
Airbag Man helper kits use heavy-duty rubber bellows that mount between the chassis and the leaf pack – add air when the load goes on to bring the vehicle back level, then let it out and the standard springs carry on exactly as before. Because each side inflates independently, you can also correct for an off-centre load like a slide-on or water tank.
They shine when the load keeps changing – a van on the towball some weekends, a loaded tray on others. Worth being clear about what they don't do: helper airbags don't increase your GVM or payload; they manage ride height and stability within the vehicle's existing ratings. If the vehicle is always loaded, upgraded springs (with airbags for the variation on top) is the better setup.

Pick a Standard Height kit if your Toyota Hilux N70 is at factory ride height. Pick a Raised kit if the vehicle runs a suspension lift — raised kits are built for the greater distance between the suspension and chassis so the air spring operates in its correct working range.
The kit bolts between the rear leaf springs and chassis rails using the supplied brackets - no cutting or welding on standard installations. Air lines route to inflation valves (commonly mounted at the rear bar) so each side adjusts independently. Run minimum pressure unloaded and increase pressure to level the vehicle when towing or loaded. An optional onboard air control kit lets you adjust pressures from the cabin.

It fits the Toyota Hilux N70 4x4 (GGN25, KUN26, TGN26) Mar 2005 - 2015. Contact us with your rego if you are unsure and we will confirm the exact kit.
This is a helper kit, not a lift kit - it does not raise your vehicle at ride height. Its job is to stop the rear sagging under load: inflating the air springs restores factory ride height when towing or carrying weight, then you drop pressure back for unloaded driving.
You get two heavy-duty air springs (double-convoluted rubber airbags with mounting brackets), air line, inflation valves, fittings and mounting hardware for a bolt-in installation on the rear axle. Exact contents vary slightly by part number - the product photo shows the selected kit.
Standard Height suits a vehicle at factory ride height; Raised suits lifted vehicles. High Pressure versions suit vehicles that carry constant heavy loads (canopies, service bodies, frequent towing). If in doubt, send us your rego and setup and we will confirm.
No. The kit includes inflation valves, so you can set pressure at a servo or with a portable 12V compressor. An onboard air control kit only adds in-cab adjustment.
No. The kit supports the suspension under load but does not raise GVM or towing capacity, and the vehicle must stay within the manufacturer's ratings. It is a bolt-in accessory.
