Tough Dog rear coil springs for the Toyota LandCruiser Prado 150 Series (2010-on), sold per pair. The same spring sits differently on SWB and LWB bodies - the labels show both. Height-matched coil insert airbag kits are available below. Kakadu models need the airbag-to-coil conversion springs.
These are Australian-designed and manufactured springs in micro-alloyed spring steel. Each coil is shot-peened, scragged and load-tested before it leaves the factory, and the hot-forming process is what lets them hold their free height under sustained load.
Pick the rate for the weight the vehicle actually carries, not the weight you'd like it to carry – and count only permanent accessories and loads (bar, winch, drawers, long-range tank) when choosing. A spring that's too firm for an unloaded vehicle rides worse than the factory item; one that's too soft sags the moment you load up.
Fit springs in pairs per axle, and book a wheel alignment after any change in ride height. It's also worth checking brake-line slack and bump-stop condition while the suspension is apart.
Doing the whole vehicle at once? We also stock the matching assembled Front Struts and front Coil Springs for the Toyota Prado 150 Series.
Match them with Tough Dog rear shocks.

The listed price covers both sides – always replace left and right together so the axle is evenly damped and sprung. It's a bolt-in job for a competent home mechanic or any workshop; check bushes, mounts and brake-line slack while everything is apart.
Yes - the electronically controlled dampers on the 150 Series can be replaced with Tough Dog shocks without error indicators appearing, but all FOUR shock absorbers must be replaced at the same time. If operating correctly, the electronically-adjustable height control of factory rear airbags is not affected.
Yes - use the TDC1095 / TDC1096 conversion springs. The electronic workaround in the supplied instructions prevents error indicators, but it disables the electronic dampening system, so all four electronic dampers must be replaced with Tough Dog shocks at the same time. You also need the genuine Toyota bump-stop coil retainer, part 48302-60110 or 48302-60080. New strut tops (2x TOY-1083) and an 83mm sway bar spacer (TDSP-012, $75) are also available - contact us.
