Tough Dog Foam Cell rear shock absorbers for the Suzuki Jimny JB74 3-door (2019 onwards), sold per pair. FC31002 suits up to 40mm; the longer FC31003 suits 60 and 80mm lifts.
If your Suzuki Jimny JB74 2019-On wanders over corrugations or keeps bouncing after a dip, the rear dampers are usually the culprit – heat kills damping oil long before the shocks start leaking.
The Foam Cell is Tough Dog's twin-tube workhorse: a microcellular foam insert takes the place of the usual air gap inside the shock body, so the oil can't foam up as heat builds and the damping stays consistent on long corrugated stretches.
Shocks are sold and fitted as a pair – replacing one side only gives you uneven damping across the axle. While the old ones are off, check the bushes and mounts; hardware that's had years of flex is cheap to do at the same time.
Doing the whole vehicle at once? We also stock the matching adjustable Rear Panhard Rod and front Coil Springs for the Suzuki Jimny JB74 2019-On.
Match them with Tough Dog rear coil springs.

These suit the following applications: Suzuki Jimny JB74 - 3 Door 2019 - On. Check your build date and variant against the fitment table on this page – if you're not certain, contact us with your rego or VIN details and we'll confirm fitment before you order.
Tough Dog REQUIRES castor correction on 60-80mm lifted Jimnys - either castor correction bushes (TDUK-063) with the TDSP-018 crossmember drop kit, or radius arms (TDCA-017) with the TDSP-038 drop kit - plus extended brake hoses, the adjustable panhard rods, ABS relocation and headlight module bracket. Contact us to spec the full 60-80mm package.
Foam Cell is the all-round choice for touring – the foam insert stops the oil aerating so damping stays consistent on corrugations. Step up to the 9-stage Adjustable if the vehicle swings between unloaded weekdays and loaded trips and you want to tune the damping to match, or to the bigger-bore options if it works hard, hot and heavy most of the time.
The listed price covers both sides – always replace left and right together so the axle is evenly damped and sprung. It's a bolt-in job for a competent home mechanic or any workshop; check bushes, mounts and brake-line slack while everything is apart.
